مرحباً بك في مراقب MRAQEB. باستخدامك لهذا النظام، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.

1. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لخدمات مراقب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فلا يجوز لك استخدام النظام.

2. وصف الخدمة

مراقب هو نظام لإدارة حضور الموظفين وتتبع المواقع باستخدام أكواد QR والبصمة الحيوية. يوفر النظام أدوات لإضافة المواقع، وإدارة الموظفين، وإنشاء تقارير الحضور.

3. الحساب والمسؤولية

• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك.
• أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
• يجب إخطارنا فوراً في حالة أي استخدام غير مصرح به.
• نحن نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب في حالة انتهاك هذه الشروط.

4. الفترة التجريبية

• الفترة التجريبية مجانية لمدة 3 أيام من تاريخ التسجيل.
• بعد انتهاء الفترة التجريبية، يجب الاشتراك في إحدى الباقات المدفوعة للاستمرار في استخدام الخدمة.
• نحن لا نطلب معلومات بطاقة ائتمان خلال الفترة التجريبية.

5. خطط الأسعار والاشتراك

• الاشتراكات شهرية ويمكن إلغاؤها في أي وقت.
• الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء فترة الفوترة.
• نحن نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير الأسعار مع إشعار مسبق.
• سيتم تطبيق الأسعار الجديدة في دورة الفوترة التالية.

6. استخدام البيانات والخصوصية

• نحن نلتزم بحماية خصوصية بياناتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
• أنت تمتلك بياناتك، ونحن نستخدمها فقط لتقديم الخدمة.
• لن نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة دون موافقتك، باستثناء ما يقتضيه القانون.

7. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالنظام، بما في ذلك الكود البرمجي، والتصميم، والعلامات التجارية، والشعارات، هي ملك لشركة مراقب. لا يجوز نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أي جزء من النظام دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

• يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من خلال لوحة التحكم.
• نحن نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك في حال انتهاك هذه الشروط.
• عند الإنهاء، سيتم إلغاء الوصول إلى النظام، وسيتم حذف بياناتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية.

10. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عمان، ويتم تسوية أي نزاعات عبر المحاكم المختصة في مسقط , سلطنة عمان.

11. تعديلات الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سيتم إخطارك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني. استمرارك في استخدام النظام بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MRAQEB services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the system.

2. Service Description

MRAQEB is an employee attendance management and site tracking system using QR codes and biometric fingerprint technology. The system provides tools for adding sites, managing employees, and generating attendance reports.

3. Account and Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

4. Free Trial Period

• The free trial is available for 3 days from the date of registration.
• After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to one of the paid plans to continue using the service.
• We do not require credit card information during the free trial.

5. Pricing and Subscription

• Subscriptions are monthly and can be canceled at any time.
• Fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
• We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.
• New prices will apply in the next billing cycle.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your data privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You own your data, and we use it only to provide the service.
• We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the system, including source code, design, trademarks, and logos, are owned by MRAQEB. No part of the system may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
• Upon termination, access to the system will be revoked, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oman, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the system after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
